Repentance – the Gateway to Community

“When I remember what manner of man I am, I don’t dare take a step without God. But when I forget my sinful nature, I just focus on what He did for me and try my best to live without Him.”

A Legacy that Learns

This reflection explores the tension many feel when looking back on their upbringing with both gratitude and grief. It wrestles with the temptation to oversimplify the past, the cost of pioneering a new path, and the pain that often comes with generational growth. Yet it offers hope—pointing to the fruit that emerges when families commit to a shared legacy of faithfulness, humility, and love across generations.

The Roots of Bitterness: Sacrifice, Envy, and the Fate of Cain

Greetings, Church Family and Friends! Over the past few days, I have had the privilege of hearing and engaging with many brilliant voices concerned about the direction of Western culture while here in London. The rallying cry has been clear: “This is a civilization moment—the call is going out for people to get on board […]

An Invitation to Trust

Fear often holds us back—hesitation keeping us on the edges, afraid to step forward into something unknown. But trust is not weakness when it arises in response to the undeniable Voice of our Shepherd. In this scenario, trust is always strength, an act of courage that leads us beyond fear and into purpose.

Everyday Miracles

How many miracles is God performing in our lives that we don’t even see because our hearts are hardened? And so we ask, “What miracle will You perform for us that we might believe?” Yet, as Jesus told them, “You’re not following Me for the miracles but because you ate bread and are full.” He was saying they were not looking for spiritual fulfillment from above, from the source of transcendence, but for natural, material fulfillment from below, from the immanent world.

In this newsletter, we’ll explore how parenting reflects God’s patient guidance—lending strength and perspective until our children can stand on their own.

By overcoming self-doubt, we can unlock abundant fruit, not only in our own lives but throughout our community.

What sets apart those who move from strength to strength in their walk with God from those trapped in hopeless cynicism? The difference isn’t in life’s circumstances but in how we perceive and respond to even the smallest visitations of His grace. Those who bear the fruit we long for, those who walk in strength and joy, see God’s Word and presence as the ultimate reality. They don’t dismiss it with a casual, “I tried that, and it didn’t work.” No, they declare, “Let God be true, and every man a liar” (Rom. 3:4), and look inward, saying, “I must not have done it right.”

Relational Salvation in Jesus Christ

Introduction How can we be saved? Jesus did not give us a checklist of works to do or thoughts to think. Instead, He defined salvation as a relationship with God. “Now this is eternal life: that they know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent” (John 17:3). We will not […]
